Philosophy Mock Test — Account Deletion

This page explains how users of the Philosophy Mock Test app can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

Send an account deletion request using the Contact Support option available in the Philosophy Mock Test app or website.
Use the subject: Delete Philosophy Mock Test Account.
Provide the email address registered with your account and, if available, your Candidate ID or Roll Number.
We may contact you if necessary to verify that the deletion request belongs to the account holder.

Data deleted with your account

After verification, account-related personal data under our control will be deleted or anonymized where appropriate. This may include:

Account and profile information
Registered email and Candidate ID information
Mock-test attempts and associated results
Performance records linked to the account

Data that may be retained

Limited information may be retained only where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or accounting requirements. Any retained information will be kept only for the required period and then deleted or anonymized.

Important

Account deletion may permanently remove access to saved test history, performance records and other account-linked information.
